Marina and I are sharing our top rituals of connection that we’re keeping consistently lately!

Not surprisingly, we had a few in common:

  • Texting funny memes back and forth with our husbands

  • Having daily coffee dates

  • Watching “our” TV shows together

  • And more!

  • We get emotionally flooded and overreact.

  • We get triggered and lash out at our partners because of past experiences in our relationship or childhood.

We do these things because we’re human beings having an imperfect experience of life.

However, we have mastered a critical skill:

Repair.
